American Comedy Network Announces Launch of the Australian Comedy Network
The American Comedy Network™, Inc. (ACN®), an industry leader in radio prep services, owned by Jones Radio Networks®, Inc. (JRN) is pleased to announce the official launch of the Australian Comedy Network on March 24th, 2008 via a licensing agreement with ACN. Ad sales will be handled through Jones MediaAmerica®, Inc. and JRN will handle affiliate sales through JonesTM™, Inc.
The Australian Comedy Network created by CEO Craig Lange, is a prep service that will deliver audio and written material to radio stations throughout Australia and New Zealand. Working from studios and production offices in Sydney and Brisbane, Australian Comedy Network's team of writers, voice artists and producers will access ACN's current topical audio bits and written material along with their vast archived catalogue and give them a relatable local flavor.
This material along with Australian Comedy Networks original pieces will be syndicated to radio stations and be distributed via the web at www.australiancomedynetwork.com where affiliates can preview and download audio in high resolution broadcast quality MP3 files, access daily written joke sheets and an archive of one liners and idea starters.
